[MPlayer-users] Slave mode and get_time_pos problems

Hi

I have a problem with slave mode and get_time_pos with that this returns

Mplayer is Win32 build (recent SVN (anything from the last two months)).
(Tip from people trying to get slave mode working with Win32 builds.. when
you send your commands to the slave console, terminate them with Linefeed
not CarriageReturn+Linefeed)

My command line is :-
dvd://1 -dvd-device e: \ -vo directx:noaccel -quiet -slave

If i send a seek to say 2000 seconds, the movie jumps to the correct
position of 2000 seconds,
but if i send a get_time_pos, i usually get back a totally wrong value, such
as 120 onwards.

I've noticed if i don't seek and let the movie play from the start, the same
problem occurs
Play the movie using the above command line
my script sends a get_time_pos, which returns the correct time, until about
50-60% through the film and then it reverts back to 0 and counts upwards
again (the movie still playing)

Is this a bug or normal behaviour.

Ideally, I need to get the current playback position in seconds, whilst the
dvd is playing.

Thanks in advance

N
