[MPlayer-users] What is mpsub file format

There's nothing to deal with. The only supported encoding is UTF-8, as far
as I know.

I think this can only be done with some dynamic subs format like (A)SSA.

Generating from what? I can write a sub file using any text editor. What
makes your code so special?
