[MPlayer-users] Edit file metadata? (MP4 for iTunes)

Hello,

I've got quite a few files in MP4 format that I'd like to edit the metadata for use in iTunes and an iPod. (title, artist, etc.)

Can I use mplayer (ffmpeg ?), etc to do this?  Ideally from the command line, so I can script it.

If mplayer can't do this, any suggestions?

(Running Windows XP)
