Perhaps my explanation in the previous mail was knotty.
I have done whatever is recommended by CLI message, but have
obtained the same result as with my default options.
Well, there are output for two other cases. The first case is
default mplayer options and mine config is disabled. The second
case is the same as the first, but with -vo x11 -vf scale. Afaik,
X11 video output is capable to convert between (almost) any
colorspace and -vf scale is recommended way to do so.
Thus this is the output for default mplayer options (-noconfig
all):

As you can see, "Cannot find codec matching selected -vo and video
format 0x10424752" yet again. If I understand your correctly, you
can play that file with mplayer rev >= 26846, so I can't
understand what's wrong with my system. Or, maybe, you have some
special options enabled or some uncommitted changes pending?
