[MPlayer-users] Can I decode more than six audio channels?

I hope this will land to the right eyes for someone who knows.

I seem to have an accumulating stack of movies that are encoded with more
than six channels of sound. 

Are there any modules I can build into M-PLAYER that will decode more
than six channels? :)
