[MPlayer-users] Mplayer audio video sync with jack

hi all,

is there any way to play a video file with mplayer (with no audio) and
an audio stream would come from another application like a ardour that
support the jack sync transport?

the point would be that I would be able to use the jack transport
control app to start/stop playing.

eg. the xjadeo stuff support this but it is not that advanced as the mplayer.
