Hi guys,
I am getting this error on the latest svn mplayer code on Solaris
10/sparc:
# bash configure --prefix=/opt/mplayerkit
...
# gmake
...
gcc -DHAVE_AV_CONFIG_H -I.. -I.. -Wundef -Wdisabled-optimization
-Wno-pointer-sign -Wdeclaration-after-statement -std=gnu99 -Wall
-Wno-switch -Wpointer-arith -Wredundant-decls -O4 -mcpu=ultrasparc
-pipe -ffast-math -fomit-frame-pointer -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE
-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE -Ilibdvdread4 -I.
-I/usr/openwin/include -I/usr/sfw/include/freetype2 -I/usr/sfw/include
-c -o avidec.o avidec.c
avidec.c: In function 'avi_read_header':
avidec.c:500: warning: 'AVPaletteControl' is deprecated
avidec.c:547: internal compiler error: in dump_ir_component_ref, at
tree-ir.c:1836

gmake: *** [libavformat/libavformat.a] Error 2
I have tried this with the compiler that ships with solaris 10
(/usr/sfw/bin/gcc, which is 3.4.3) and also with GCCFSS (which is FCC
4.2.1).
Wondering if anyone has any ideas? Is it a compiler bug or an mplayer
bug? Looks like a gcc bug, but I am not sure.
