[MPlayer-users] mp4 container headers

I'm trying to trace through mencoder while it is transcoding from avi(Divx5)
to mp4(h264), and can't find where the headers are written out for the mp4
container.  libavformat/movenc.c looked promising, but didn't hit any
breakpoints.  Since mp4 is essentially an updated mov, I was hoping to hit
something there.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
