Of course it is part of SVN. However, it is not processed and installed
by default. Please read the file DOCS/xml/README in the mplayer
source. Bewarned though, "make install" does not work. You will need to
copy the processed files in either DOCS/HTML or DOCS/HTML-single
manually. If you install from a precompiled package, the docs should be
located somewhere in /usr/share/doc just like any Linux/Unix program.
