FYI: 
This is not a useful flag, because this is a patched version of faad that allows
decoding of streams that cannot be decoded with libfaad (and not with
libavcodec's AAC decoder).
If you don't care for those streams (LATM) then you don't need faad at all,
because libavcodec now also supports SBR and PS (AAC+v2) and is significantly
faster.
