Running fedora 12 (x86_64) with mplayer-1.0-0.113.20100703svn.fc12.
Whenever I play a Matroska video file (.mkv), I receive the message:

[matroska @ 0x24da9b0] max_analyze_duration reached
[matroska @ 0x24da9b0] Estimating duration from bitrate, this may be
inaccurate

About halfway through the video, I notice a sort of skipping in the video
output (although the audio seems O.K.). There are very short, but
noticeable, pauses in the video which can also be seen the the A-V counter
in the terminal window.

I reverted back to mplayer-1.0-0.112.20100424svn.fc12 and both the message
and the skipping disappeared.

Is this a bug in the newer version, or perhaps some type of incompatibility
with the packages installed on my machine?

                                               Thanks,

                                                    Ken
