here is my command line:

$ mencoder -ovc lavc -oac lavc "c:\bin\a_new.ts" -o output.webm -of lavf
-lavfopts format=webm -lavcopts
audio_o=global_quality=30:acodec=vorbis:vcodec=libvpx:abitrate=160:o="threads=3,qmax=51,qmin=1"
-ffourcc VP80 -vf crop=1920:800:0:140,scale=1024:426

I varied audio_o=global_quality=30 between 1 and 30. Both times I receive:

Video stream:  800.047 kbit/s  (100005 B/s)  size: 5701861 bytes  57.015
secs  1
368 frames

Audio stream:  266.654 kbit/s  (33331 B/s)  size: 1901419 bytes  57.045 secs

Exact to the byte. Shouldn't there be some sort of variation to the size of
the audio stream?
