For the sample you provided WAV mappings worked for me (I figured it out
that someone made DTS from LPCM track):
-af-add pan=2:0:.3:.4:.2:0:.1:.3:0:.4:.2:.1:0

Without it MPlayer plays it more from left and with it in center.
