the X11 property _NET_WM_ICON so the window manager uses a ugly default icon for the window's title bar and the [alt]+[tab] pager. I was wondering if there's any way to change mplayer's behavior so that it uses a sensible icon? P.S. I've considered trying to use xprop to set the _NET_WM_ICON property myself using a script to replace the launcher but don't know how to load an icon to set it.
