Quite.

I appreciate that it's traditional, again, particularly in FOSS, to respond 
to absolutely all criticism by implying that the complainer is incompetent. 
This attitude is nothing more than a bad excuse to ignore the problem.

Once again this just gets in the way of actual problem solving. Pretending 
that problems don't exist or are someone else's fault do not make them go 
away.
