[MPlayer-users] Mplayer broken or bad DVD???

When I attempt to play a professional DVD, I am now getting this:

a52: CRC check failed!  1.123 ct: -0.852 323/320 18%  0%  2.7% 2 0 
a52: CRC check failed!  1.076 ct: -0.898 334/331 18%  0%  2.7% 2 0 
a52: error at resampling


Video is VERY choppy.

This is running on Ubuntu 9.04, from the repository.
