Are you asking to simply resize the resolution but maintain the same
aspect ratio, or actually change the aspect ratio?  Either way the
answer is yes.  You can monkey around with the resolution, aspect
ratio, or both as much as you like.  Just do so with care to not
completely lame it in the process.
