The file used to work on mplayer from 3/15/2009 (I confirmed it still does).
It does not work on the current mplayer. (svn checkout 11/26/2010)

I have attached the output of mplayer -v.

As can be seen it produces a lot of "Too many video packets in the buffer"
errors and can't find the sound. It also shows 119.880 fps, while I believe
the file should be (and svn 3/15/2009 shows) 23.976.

I have put the first 1000000 bytes of the file at
http://www.rahul.net/arromdee/[Taka]_Naruto_Shippuuden_185_v2_[720p][55C9584A].cut.mp4
Playing this cut file no longer gives me the "too many video packets" error
for some reason but it still doesn't produce sound and it still shows
119.880 fps. (Of course it also produces the expected warnings about partial
files.) If anyone needs the full file I can tell you where to get a
torrent of it but I hope the cut part is enough to find the error.

I am running on Mandriva 2010.1 (just upgraded).
