Just to make sure everyone is aware:
both issue are fixed in latest FFmpeg SVN.
And this issue only affected 4:2:2 coded videos, which... well...
is a rather bad idea to use for videos target at a end-user audience
(compatibility issues, pointless waste of CPU time and bandwidth).
