The whole point is that the video track hasn't ended, MPlayer is still busy
playing it. That's what -benchmark improves/fixes.
The :fast option is an ugly hack that makes MPlayer play the video faster as
long as there is audio, but it stoppes working once all audio is over and the
remaining video plays at normal speed.
But as said, the real fix is to use -novideo. If it doesn't work for some
cases that should just be fixed.
