[MPlayer-users] How do you play raw h.264 files in mplayer?

Hi again.

I think I've just solved the problem.

(interesting how preparing a question for posting on mailing list can
sometimes help to solve it yourself after struggling for a long time)

I gave mplayer the -fps option, and it plays the video fine:

mplayer -fps 25 out.h264

And actually I can give mplayer any fps, and it still plays fine (no
garbling/errors).

I just get the garbling and massive error output when I don't specify fps.

Is that an mplayer bug?
