[MPlayer-users] Translating ffmpeg CLI to mencoder

I am trying to "translate" the following ffmpeg line to a two-pass 
mencoder line.  So far, no joy....

Also, the movies show up as bring exactly 1/2 length; they play fine but 
indicate that they are twice the actual frame rate....

/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg -i infile.avi -acodec libfaac -ab 128k -vcodec 
libx264 -vpre normal -crf 22 -threads 0 -f mp4 outfile.mp4
