[MPlayer-users] mplayer won't link with --disable-mencoder

This morning mplayer would not link with --disable-mencoder.  There was a
complaint about ffmpeg/libavcodec/mpeg12enc.c and ff_write_quant_matrix.
When I did not specify --disable-mencoder, then mplayer linked.
