[MPlayer-users] Either no audio or fatal error

I reverted all the changes to af_format.c and af_format.h except for 
r35535/35533 and have a stable build again. Sorry about the 
double-spaced log, SMPlayer has a log viewer and it tends to paste that 
way for some reason even though the log viewer doesn't look like that. I 
had a couple of samples:
