Hi,
Is it possible to use LAV Video Decoder with mplayer?
I've put following videocodec definition into codec.conf:
videocodec lavvideo
info "LAV Video Decoder"
status working
fourcc H264,h264
fourcc X264,x264
fourcc avc1,AVC1
format 0x10000005
driver dshow
dll "LAVVideo.ax"
guid 0xee30215d, 0x164f, 0x4a92, 0xa4, 0xeb, 0x9d, 0x4c, 0x13, 0x39, 0x0f,
0x9f
out YV12,NV12,YUY2,UYVY,RGB32,RGB24
I've copied all decoder files into codecs directory and registered *.ax
files.
avcodec-lav-54.dll
avfilter-lav-3.dll
avformat-lav-54.dll
avresample-lav-1.dll
avutil-lav-52.dll
IntelQuickSyncDecoder.dll
LAVAudio.ax
LAVSplitter.ax
LAVVideo.ax
libbluray.dll
swscale-lav-2.dll
After running mplayer.exe -vc lavvideo -vo directx
d:\K2\videowall_8256_1.mp4 -v I'm getting this:

MPlayer interrupted by signal 11 in module: init_video_codec
- MPlayer crashed by bad usage of CPU/FPU/RAM.
Recompile MPlayer with --enable-debug and make a 'gdb' backtrace and
disassembly. Details in
DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports_what.html#bugreports_crash.
- MPlayer crashed. This shouldn't happen.
It can be a bug in the MPlayer code _or_ in your drivers _or_ in your
gcc version. If you think it's MPlayer's fault, please read
DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html and follow the instructions there. We can't
and
won't help unless you provide this information when reporting a possible
bug.
Am I doing something wrong?
