LAV Video Decoder supports hardware decoding via NVIDIA CUVID, Intel
QuickSync and DVXA2.
That's is why I think, it's worth trying.

It's working fine with MPC-HC, but I need udp-sync feature, so I have to
stick to mplayer.

I've also tried CoreAVC, but this one gives me black screen.
