When running in fulscreen mode mplayer does not properly refresh OSD,
(such as subtitles) in the black areas: old text is not blanked before drawing
new one, see screencap 20121224.vo-gl.tiff in upload.mplayerhq.hu/incoming.
When movie fills the full screen (no black bars), subtitles, etc., refresh properly.

The problem is also there with a binary built from snapshot around Dec 1.
No corruption with -vo corevideo, but subtitles are not drawn on black areas with corevideo.
No problem with -vo gl and vf=expand (vf=expand=::0:0:1:16/9), subtitles are drawn
on black areas and properly refresh.
OS version: OS X 10.8.2
Output of mplayer -v -frames 1 is uploaded as 20121224.mplayer.log to upload.mplayerhq.hu/incoming.
