[MPlayer-users] PNG output fails

Hi everyone,

I've successfully compiled MPlayer in Windows using MinGW, and it works!
Now I'm trying to use MPlayer to create a PNG snapshot from a video (I
know the syntax is right because it works in Linux), but I'm getting
this error:

[png @ 012fd120]Specified pix_fmt is not supported
Error opening/initializing the selected video_out (-vo) device.

If I just play the video, it works fine.  I thought I had compiled
libpng properly in MinGW, but maybe not?

Does anyone know what could be missing that would cause this message?
