I guess this was:
7a17230 Fix compilation without HAVE_AVX, HAVE_YASM etc.

Thanks for the explanation - even though understand less than
half of it.
Anyway, mplayer, mencoder, and ffmpeg, all compiled fine - or I
just got lucky yet again.
