I just checked out the latest ffmpeg/mplayer but any mention of
'ff_inv_aanscales', those sources files hadn't been modified in a long
time. Google has some really old results from 4 years ago on that error.
FFmpeg compiled by itself. Tried 'make distclean' and recompile multiple
times.
