 OK, after installing latest version I am getting this new error message

 Is the DVD itself damaged or are there still issue I need to fix with
the installation?
~
 Also I did install libdvdread4 "libdvdread: Encrypted DVD support unavailable."

 Another question I had is how to you indicate the PREFIX variable
during compilation so mplayer installs wherever you want it to be? Do
you have to install from source to achieve this?
