I'm building for 64 bit.
I probably should do a fresh checkout and try again, Could it be some
libraries that are installed system-wide? (which repeatedly made e.g.
compiling mplayer with x264 impossible, because some application
installed an ancient version in /usr/lib64, while my x264 build uses the
statically linked version, and some mixup occasionally occurs. I then
simply remove x264 from /usr/lib64, and mplayer compiles fine)
