 -demuxer lavf works, but picture quality is terrible. I have uploaded 
PBS-DVBs2.ts for you to see. 

I am using szap-s2 to tune and then saving /dev/dvb/adapterx/dvr0 to a file. If 
PAT / PMT are missing, is that a problem in szap-s2?
