Just as a reminder:
If you have a patch ready, please send it to ffmpeg-devel.
If you want to report a (reproducible) bug, do it either 
on ffmpeg-user or on trac.
(Bug reports that you do not plan to work on yourself 
are not welcome on ffmpeg-devel.)

As said, I don't know if FFmpeg applies the boost, 
but I would not be surprised if not, I don't think 
this is a known issue though.
