[MPlayer-users] error in compiling mplayer in windows

I'm using a tarball for ffmpeg 1.0.1

this might be the problem, I have removed ffmpeg dir and let mplayer
download it using git, everythings start to work just fine. I do not know
what --disable-ffmpeg_a, all what i want is a portable mplayer Windows
binary.
