I dropped Live555 from my builds for a bit, ffmpeg://rtsp:// worked just 
fine I didn't see any need for it but from a end-user standpoint they 
may get annoyed that they can't simply plug in a "rtsp://" url & may not 
go through the trouble of Googling and finding out they had to add 
"ffmpeg://". Might be time to update to Live555 async, or automatically 
have ffmpeg handle rtsp:// without "ffmpeg://".
