Could you post the result of the following commands 
for your FFmpeg build?
$ grep HAVE_MEMORYBARRIER config.h
$ grep HAVE_SYNC_SYNCHRONIZE config.h
$ grep HAVE_MACHINE_RW_BARRIER config.h
