I upload for ftp://upload.ffmpeg.org/incoming 3 files mp3HD.txt
small-sample-128-and-lossless-mp3HD.mp3
small-sample-lossless-FLAC.flac
But I have not found the way to put links samples in ffmpeg ticket 2377
How do I do now?

What is needed is the lossless sample and the decoded lossless
sample in another lossless format (that is supported by FFmpeg).

You can upload to incoming, see https://ffmpeg.org/bugreports.html

As said, please do not top-post here.
