It was an mplayer issue due to elementary stream not passing strict in 
the same way as with container AFAICT, it worked with ffplay and now 
that strict isn't needed it works with mplayer.

Also works now as well.

FWIW if anyone reports artifacts on the first scene (pulsating white 
dots around rocket taking off) then it's nothing to do with hevc - they 
are on the masters.
