Apparently this was broken due to ALSA's pathologically small buffer
size in this case. It should work in git master. There are still some
problems, like some receivers not working when sending DTS core-only as
DTS-HD.

I'm not sure about DD TrueHD either, whatever that is.

Passing through DTS-HD should be possible with mplayer too, since
ad_spdif comes from mplayer, and apparently DTs-HD is the default. Or
maybe a small modification to ad_hwac3 will do it too.
