In xdradio http://sourceforge.net/projects/xdradio/ I use something
like:

mplayer -rawaudio rate=$RATE tv:// -tv \
driver=v4l2:device=$DSVID:norm=$NORM:input=$SVID:alsa:adevice=$ALSA_SVID:audiorate=$RATE:immediatemode=0:amode=1

where $RATE is the sound card sampling rate, $DSVID is the video
device (/dev/video0), norm is the norm, $SVID is the input number of
the video device, $ALSA_SVID is audio card (hw.0), you must not forget
to put it in capture mode with a mixer.
