I am running Centos 6 64bit

I have installed mencoder, etc and I have tons of codes installed as well! But I get this error when converting:
/usr/local/bin/mencoder /var/www/site/public_html/media/files_video/user1/239e45d87.wmv -o /var/www/site/public_html/media/files_flv/user1/239e45d87_ipod.mp4 -ovc x264 -x264encopts bitrate=194:nocabac:vbv_maxrate=1500:vbv_bufsize=2000:level_idc=30:global_header:frameref=2:mixed_refs:me=umh:subq=6:partitions=all:threads=auto -af resample=44100:0:0,volnorm=1:0.25 -oac faac -faacopts mpeg=4:object=2:raw:br=128 -of lavf -lavfopts format=ipod -ofps 29.970 -vf scale=480:272,expand=480:368,harddup 2>&1

REMEMBER: MEncoder's libavformat muxing is presently broken and can generate
INCORRECT files in the presence of B-frames. Moreover, due to bugs MPlayer
will play these INCORRECT files as if nothing were wrong!
OK, exit.

I am aware that w32codecs do not work on 64bit. Is there any way around this without having to install a 32 bit OS. Correct any of this if I am wrong!
