[MPlayer-users] Application usage H.264 - VUI - chroma_loc_info_present_flag

I'm looking applications which use H.264 VUI parameter
"chroma_loc_info_present_flag".
This VUI parameter talks about chroma subsampling location in in video
preprocessor block (Yuv 444 -> yuv 420).

This VUI parameter if conveyed to post processor block after decoder,will
aid in upsampling of decoded yuv (from yuv 420 to yuv444 possibly RGB then)


Did anybody come across any applications/media players/post processing
libraries which use this VUI parameter when doing upsampling and any
encoded video streams which has this VUI parameter enabled.
