Hi all,

My question is about compiling mplayer on an ARM board without *mp3*
support. How to achieve this please.

Beside i have been trying to compile mplayer on my desktop with this :

./configure --disable-dvdnav --disable-bluray --disable-vcd
--disable-dvdread --disable-cdparanoia --disable-cddb --disable-w32threads
--disable-vstream --disable-xvid --disable-real --disable-xanim
--disable-qtx --disable-win32dll --disable-libavcodec_mpegaudio_hp
*--disable-mpg123* *--disable-mad* *--disable-mp3lame*
*--disable-mp3lame-lavc* *--disable-toolame --disable-twolame
--disable-libmpeg2* --disable-yuv4mpeg --disable-corevideo --disable-quartz
--disable-liba52 --disable-x264 --disable-x264-lavc --disable-faac
--disable-faac-lavc --language-doc=fr --language-man=fr --language-msg=fr
--language=fr --disable-tv-v4l1 --disable-tv-v4l2 --disable-tv-bsdbt848
--disable-pvr --disable-ffmpeg_so

but mplayer invokes ffmpeg ([*ffmp3float*] afm : ffmpeg (FFmpeg MPEG
layer-3 audio) how to disable this ?

Best regards, Habib
