[MPlayer-users] Using the -geometry switch

Using a colon in the geometry command works fine for me, for example
mplayer  -geometry 50%:50%  video.mp4
mplayer  -geometry 800:400  video.mp4

The format in the manual is
-geometry x[%][:y[%]] or [WxH][+x+y]
