[MPlayer-users] Incorrect play (no HTML mail)

I tested with this build

and
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mplayer-win32/files/MPlayer%20and%20MEncoder/r38116%2Bgf4cf6ba8c9/
and
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mplayerwin/files/MPlayer-MEncoder/r38117/
Its not help.
I repeat that ALL other video players will play logo.mpg correctly with me.
I tested with Win-Only plaers: PotPlaer, MPC-BE. And i tested with
cross-platform plaers: ffplay.exe, VLC. Problem only with MPlayer
