[MPlayer-users] BUG: input source 4K ouput Full HD

Hi,
*codec of source video*:
Stream #0:0(eng): Video: h264 (High) (avc1 / 0x31637661), yuv420p(tv,
bt2020nc/bt2020/bt709), *3840x2160*, 48107 kb/s, SAR 1:1 DAR 16:9, 29.97
fps, 30 tbr, 90k tbn, 180k tbc (default)
*OS *win10 64bits
When I play this 4K video with either SMPlayer 18.10 (64bits) or VLC 3.0.4
AND I output on a *full HD*(1920x1080 at 60Hz) it does show a very poor image
quality; note that this does not happen with windows media player.
But, if I play the *same *video, but I *output on a 4K monitor*, than the
image is superb.
Thanks for fixing this bug.
