MPlayer seems to have a mind of its own. No matter what I tell it, it wants to concatenate
j:\VIDEO_TS\VTS_05_1.VOB+j:\VIDEO_TS\VTS_05_2.VOB+j:\VIDEO_TS\VTS_05_3.VOB. No knowledge of Windows
is needed to see this, below.

I had the two DVDs above mounted. Neither was protected.
This command line:
MPlayer h:\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.IFO dvd://1 -dumpstream -dumpfile "THE FALCON AND THE SNOWMAN -
MPLAYER.IFO.VOB"
Opened MPlayer & played "THE FALCON AND THE SNOWMAN" movie
The stream recorded was "HISTORY THROUGH THE LENS, PATTON, A REBEL REVISITED"
This command line:
MPlayer dvd://0 -dumpstream -dumpfile "THE FALCON AND THE SNOWMAN - MPLAYER.VOB"
Opened MPlayer & played "THE FALCON AND THE SNOWMAN" movie.
The stream recorded was "HISTORY THROUGH THE LENS, PATTON, A REBEL REVISITED".
