[Ffmpeg-devel] [patch] minor cosmetic suggestion for the testsuite

Here is a patch suggestion for the testsuite that calls sequence
files 00.pgm 01.pgm ... 10.pgm instead of 0.pgm 1.pgm ... 10.pgm, so
that viewing them in the right order becomes easier.
Not a very big deal, but mostly harmless.
