Now I use:
+ FFMpeg: PIX_FMT_YUV420P
+ V4L (for testing): VIDEO_PALETTE_YUV420P
+ V4L2: V4L2_PIX_FMT_YUV420
+ SDL: SDL_YV12_OVERLAY

All works ok, yeah :)
